Hands Together Foundation is a registered non-profit organization born from a deep commitment to humanity. We exist to bridge the gap between compassion and action by mobilizing resources, volunteers, and communities to support the most vulnerable among us. Through transparent donation collection and hands-on service, we provide immediate relief and long-term empowerment to orphans, the disabled, refugees, and anyone facing extreme hardship. Every donation, every volunteer hour, and every partnership fuels real change — restoring dignity, hope, and opportunity where it is needed most.

We see communities transformed into places of compassion, inclusion, and shared prosperity.
Our mission is to collect and responsibly manage donations so we can deliver timely, dignified support to orphans, the disabled, refugees, and the needy. We empower lives through direct aid, education, healthcare, skills training, and community integration. By mobilizing volunteers and building sustainable partnerships, we create lasting change that goes beyond temporary relief and builds self-reliance and brighter futures.

Our work is practical, measurable, and driven by love. Every month we distribute food parcels and school supplies to hundreds of orphanages and vulnerable families. We fund surgeries and assistive devices for children and adults with disabilities. We operate welcome centers for refugees that provide immediate safety and long-term resettlement support. We run skills-training workshops that equip people with tailoring, farming, computer literacy, and entrepreneurship skills so they can become self-sufficient.
Through transparent reporting and regular impact updates, we ensure every donor and volunteer can see exactly how their contribution creates real change. Whether it is rebuilding a child's smile after losing their parents, restoring mobility to a young person with a disability, or giving a refugee family their first safe home in years — our work is about restoring human dignity, one life at a time.
